Summer classes are running from June 30th- August 7th. There will be NO classes July 27th-31st!

Novice Development

Ages 6 and up


This class is geared for any athlete currently registered to join a Novice team in the fall or any athletes interested in potentially joining a Novice team. Athletes will learn and develop the fundamentals of motions, jumps, and stunts. Athletes will also work on learning how to perform skills to counts to further prepare them for joining one of our Novice team

Jump and Flex Class

Ages 6 and up


Jump & Flex focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and technique to enhance jump height, form, and control. Athletes will work on toe touches, pikes, and more through targeted drills and stretching. Perfect for building power and precision in every jump.

Advanced Flyer Flex


Must be a flyer on a TF prep or elite team to enroll in this class. Athletes will work on flexibility stretches, core strength, and various exercises needed to pull both front and back body positions.

Pre Level 1 Tumble

Ages 4 and up


No tumbling requirements. Athletes will learn basic fundamental skills of tumbling including forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and bridges.

Elite Level 1 Tumble

Ages 6 and up


Athletes must have a cartwheel, handstand, and back bend pull-up. Focus will be on both front and back walkover skills. Athletes will also learn the fundamentals of round-offs, switch leg backwalkovers, and level 1 combination passes.

Elite Level 2 Tumble

Ages 6 and up


Athletes must have all level 1 skills including a round-off, back walkover, and front walkover. Primary focus will be on learning and mastering the back handspring. Athletes will also work on running tumbling passes with back handsprings and various level 2 tumbling combinations.
